We know how important it is for your items to arrive in the same condition they left our warehouse.
1. DISPATCH TIMES
Dispatch Time: Orders placed before midday (GMT) Monday to Friday are prioritised for same-day dispatch.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed after midday on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Bank Holidays: Irish Bank Holidays are treated as weekends, so any orders are dispatched on the following working day.
2. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Ireland, and delivery times will vary based on your location. Please see below for typical delivery times:
Ireland: 1-3 Working Days, Tracked
Europe: 3–7 Working Days, International Tracked
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary during peak periods.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which can be used to track the status of your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For orders placed outside of Ireland and the EU:
United Kingdom & International:Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes , which are calculated and collected at checkout. For any issues with customs, duties and taxes on shipments please contact support@covrd.shop
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS, FAILED DELIVERY OR MISSING PARCELS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, does not collect the parcel, refuses delivery, or provides incorrect or incomplete delivery details, and the parcel is returned to us, any refund issued will be less the original shipping cost and any return shipping or courier fees charged to us. Alternatively, we can reship the order once the customer has paid the applicable reshipping cost.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact us at support@covrd.shop within 7 days so we can investigate this with the carrier.
