POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns for sleeves or binders that have been opened or used.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order number.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN?

To begin the process, please email us at support@covrd.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of the return or replacement.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

5. EXCLUSIONS

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on items that are returned in a damaged condition due to poor repackaging by the customer, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
